We recently did a property shoot for Engel & Völkers Sint-Martens-Latem of a Luxurious, modern villa with indoor and outdoor pool located in Drongen, Belgium.

This property is situated in the Lys-valley in Drongen on 1 of the former entranceways of the Castle which is located to the right of the property.

The openness created at the rear of the property is in complete contrast with the closed front. The entrance was centraly located in the concept and is perfectly situated between the formal and informal sections. Both can be closed by using the sliding doors, but due to the concept there is always a sense of openness that remains.
